Description
This project for Agrivind AB, consited of two wind power plant platforms 200 yards apart. The project is situated in the south of Sweden.
The power plant used is manufactured by Enercon, and of the type E-82. It has a hub height of 78 meter and a foot print of 16.7 meter.
The completed structures, with tower and generator will weigh around 1500 tons.
Under each plattform Hercules Grundläggning AB, installed 218 MDM columns with a design strenght of approximately 2.5 MPa. Standard cement was used for the installation.
Just after the column installation, the columns were excavated to a cut-off level -1.0 meter.
