LCT, a US based company located in Santa Monica, California is the licensor of MDM - Modified Dry Method.
MDM is an innovative, patented ground improvement method that has a wide range of applications. MDM is a unique, high energy mixing, dry binder system, where water and binder is added in correct amounts to achieve a particular, desired result.
LCT, in conjunction with Hercules, a Swedish foundation contractor, has developed this patented technology into a commercially available foundation system. Applications range from traditional ground improvement to direct foundations for structures such as multi story buildings as well as contaminated soil remediation.
LCT provides support, system specific equipment, consulting and other services related to MDM soilmixing, as well as maintains an updated project feedback data bank for our members.
Through our close associations with different geo-technical companies in Europe, North America and Asia, we can also facilitate design questions relating to MDM projects.
